Craig Glynn

Craig has a broad breadth of experience with a range of companies in industries ranging from clean tech to new media. Whether a mature company or a start-up. Well-funded or minimally funded. Cash flow positive or not. Craig has experience with it.

He started his career as an auditor for Deloitte and went on to be CFO/Controller of several technology, manufacturing, and distribution companies. These companies were a mix of types of businesses representative of the Southern California business community. They included mature organizations and early stage start up organizations and covered a variety of industries including manufacturing, new media, various types of technology companies, consumer products and distribution. Although the industries are a mix all of these shared a common trait. They were dynamic organizations actively engaged in creating stakeholder value. This experience has provided Craig with the skills to step into a company and immediately provide value.

For companies preparing for their external auditors, Craig has a strong technical accounting background and has worked as an auditor and as a Controller / CFO.
He understands both sides of that coin. He has provided financial and accounting consulting services to public and private companies, including assistance with complex accounting and reporting issues and acquisition due diligence. He also has, the skills to help obtain funding for start-up companies or for mature companies. Craig understands how to manage the accounting and finance functions of a company to properly match the necessary procedures and controls with what a company can support. Or to immediately provide those processes and controls in an outsource arrangement.

Craig is passionate about helping companies succeed. He also enjoys spending time with his family, surfing and napping in the garage.
