Craig has a broad breadth of experience with a range of companies in industries ranging from clean tech to new media. Whether a mature company or a start-up. Well-funded or minimally funded. Cash flow positive or not. Craig has experience with it.
Ed Phillips
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Ed also started his career as an auditor for Deloitte. From there he went on to work with a variety of companies in the CFO or Controller role. He has worked with both public and private companies and understands what it takes to run an effective accounting organization both inside a company or as an outside resource.

We are proud to have a team that brings a broad set of experiences to the clients we serve. The team has worked in a variety of businesses in different industries and different stages. Their experience includes roles in line management accounting positions such as accounting managers, controllerships and, as in our founders’ cases, CFO’s. In these roles, experiences include:
